Over the last few weeks, I have been simultaneously re-working the design of my building as well as the site plan. The image below describes some of the features included in this live-work-play community. The plaza just to the west of the building will become an outdoor living room....a space where activities can occur on a large or small scale at all hours of the day. During special events, the street can be closed off to cars and become a pedestrian boulevard. The parking spaces can be utilized for food trucks, pop-up shops or tents. Activities can range from concerts and movies in the park to farmers markets and arts festivals.
